David Timm

Retired Attorney, Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C.

About David Timm

David, now retired, practiced law in Green Bay and was a business lawyer who assisted clients with the organization of their limited liability companies and corporations. He drafted operating and shareholder agreements, and he drafted and reviewed contracts and agreements that governed what businesses did and how they did it. David assisted hundreds of clients in selling or purchasing businesses, drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements as well as leases.

David treated every client like they were his only client, instilling an understanding that it was easier to keep them out of trouble than it was to get them out of trouble—and it was also less expensive.

David resides in De Pere with his wife, Diane, where they raised three successful children and a series of spoiled dogs, including the current queen of the house, Lily, a springer spaniel. David loves fishing, playing pickleball, riding his 1968 Honda CB350 (when it’s running) and hanging out in his backyard with family and friends.
