Matthew D. LeVene

Matthew joined the firm 2026 and is committed to understanding every client’s unique circumstances to help navigate complex legal issues and find solutions. Matthew’s practice centers on general corporate and business transactions, including banking and finance, business formation and restructuring, creditor rights, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit institutions and real estate, development and leasing. He also assists families with their estate and retirement planning needs.

Born and raised in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Matthew played basketball at Concordia University Wisconsin, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in sports and entertainment business. He is still involved with Concordia’s Mentor Initiative program, which pairs interested students with leaders in their chosen fields. Matthew went on to the University of Wisconsin Law School where he gained practical experience while working as a Student Attorney in the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. He earned both the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award and Cum Laude Honors. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys working out, traveling and seeing live music.
