Shane Anderson recently joined the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. as an attorney concentrating on employment and labor law and business transactional law.
In his new role, Anderson will assist with wage and hour matters, post-employment restrictive covenants, contract disputes and employment policies, as well as specific questions arising under the federal and state employment law. He will also work with clients on mergers and acquisitions, residential and commercial real estate transactions, entity formation and general corporate work.
Anderson previously worked at a Fox Valley law firm for over a year. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in economics from Saint Norbert College.
