Municipal government touches the lives of all individuals and businesses in our society. Our firm has represented private clients who have required assistance in negotiating zoning issues, industrial revenue bond requests, and redevelopment and/or industrial park issues.
We have worked closely with municipal officials regarding vacating of streets and properties and obtaining other governmental easements, and have provided guidance to municipalities and various quasi-governmental entities with respect to Wisconsin's Open Meetings and Open Records Laws.
