Hospital and Health Care Law
Our firm serves as general counsel for Bellin Health Systems, a regional health care delivery system comprised of an acute care, mid-size hospital, an inpatient psychiatric center, and a medical group of approximately twenty primary care clinics. Our firm also represents a number of other clinics, physicians, and other health care organizations. This representation and counseling includes advice on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations, antitrust issues, quality of care concerns, impaired physician and discipline cases, and general business and corporate matters.
