Our employment attorneys handle litigation involving employee claims in the state administrative agencies, state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the federal courts.  We are experienced in mediation procedures within the state and federal agencies as well as through court ordered or private mediation sessions. 

Our firm has provided a range of services relating to sexual harassment policies, procedures, training and prevention.  We have served in the capacity of outside investigator in investigating sexual harassment claims.

In the challenging area of non-compete agreements, we assist employers in developing appropriate safeguards and in litigation involving the enforceability of such agreements.
