Tricia Nell received her B.A. Degree from St. Norbert College and graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan as a dean's list recipient. After graduation, Ms. Nell practiced at St. Clair County Prosecutor's Office in Port Huron, Michigan, handling both misdemeanor and felony cases.

Ms. Nell practices in general litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial, business, employment and healthcare litigation, personal injury/wrongful death, and criminal/traffic defense.

Prior to joining Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C., Ms. Nell was a shareholder of Nell & Associates, S.C. where she spent eight years overseeing all litigation in both state and federal courts. In 2001, Ms. Nell served as a special prosecutor for Brown County District Attorney's Office. Ms. Nell appears as a legal analyst for WBAY Channel 2 News and covered the State v. Steven Avery, and State v. Brenden Dassey criminal trials. She also presents seminars on numerous legal topics for Lorman Educational Institute.

Ms. Nell is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Michigan. She is admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit US Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. In 2004, Ms. Nell was awarded a 1.7 million dollar verdict in the Eastern District involving a complex contract dispute.

Ms. Nell is a member of the National Academy of Trial Lawyers and received a Certificate of Achievement in 2004. She is also a member of the Brown County Bar Association, Robert Parins Inns of Court, and the Wisconsin Association of Justice.

Ms. Nell is active in the community. She coached the Green Bay East High School Mock Trial Team for six years assisting the school in becoming Regional Champions for three of the years.  This year she is the assistant coach for the inaugural St. Norbert College Mock Trial team.   

Tricia is a member of the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay.  She is a former member of the board of directors for Brown County United Way and past president of the Small Business Committee.  Tricia has volunteered her time to the Brown County Fair Rodeo Committee, St. Norbert Alumni Group, and the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Career Fair.
