Tricia A. Nell
Tricia Nell practices in general litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial, business, and healthcare litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense. In 2004, Tricia was awarded a 1.7 million dollar verdict in the Eastern District involving a complex contract dispute. Prior to joining Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C., Tricia was a shareholder of Nell & Associates, S.C. where she spent eight years overseeing all litigation in both state and federal courts. In 2001, Tricia served as a special prosecutor for Brown County District Attorney's Office. Tricia practiced at St. Clair County Prosecutor's Office in Port Huron, Michigan, handling both misdemeanor and felony cases after graduating from law school. Tricia appears as a legal analyst for WBAY Channel 2 News and covered the State v. Steven Avery, and State v. Brenden Dassey criminal trials. She serves as the city attorney for Bear Creek, Wisconsin. Tricia also frequently presents seminars on various legal topics. Tricia coached the Green Bay East High School Mock Trial Team for eight years assisting the school in becoming Regional Champions for three of those years.
