Tricia A. Nell
Tricia Nell is a shareholder in the firm's litigation department. Her practice concentrates in personal injury, wrongful death and high profile, media sensitive criminal defense cases. She also handles complex commercial, business, employment and healthcare litigation, including cases litigated in Michigan State Courts. In 2004, Tricia was awarded a 1.7 million dollar verdict in the Eastern District involving a complex contract dispute. Prior to joining Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C., Tricia was a shareholder of Nell & Associates, S.C. where she spent eight years overseeing all litigation in both state and federal courts. Tricia began her practice at the St. Clair County Prosecutor's Office in Port Huron, Michigan, handling both misdemeanor and felony cases. In 2001, she served as a Special Prosecutor for the Brown County District Attorney's Office. Tricia has appeared as a legal analyst for WBAY Channel 2 News covering various legal topics and high profile cases. She provided day to day analysis of the State v. Steven Avery, and State v. Brenden Dassey criminal trials. Tricia also frequently presents seminars on various personal injury topics for the National Business Institute and Wisconsin Association for Justice. Additionally, Tricia serves as the Village Attorney for Bear Creek, Wisconsin. Tricia coached the Green Bay East High School Mock Trial Team for eight years assisting the school in becoming Regional Champions for three of those years.
