Thomas M. Olejniczak

Thomas M. Olejniczak's practice is business oriented. He provides counsel in business entity planning and formation, transaction negotiation, banking and finance, commercial litigation, small business development, and family business and estate planning.  Following a family tradition, Mr. Olejniczak has an active real estate law practice and has extensive experience in law
concerning Catholic Religious Communities and non-profit organizations.

A 1971 graduate of St. Norbert College, De Pere, Wisconsin, Mr. Olejniczak received his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mr. Olejniczak is involved in numerous legal and community service organizations in the greater Green Bay community. He is presently a member of the Boards of Directors of the Green Bay Packers, Inc., M&I Bank, Green Bay, the Green Bay Area Catholic High School Foundation, UW Green Bay Ecumenical Foundation, Inc., NEW Community Shelter, PMI Entertainment Group, and Cystic Fibrosis – 65 Roses Sports Club, and has served as former chair and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Norbert College, Inc. and Chair of The Redevelopment Authority of De Pere.

Tom was directly involved with the development of the new Resch Center and the Veterans Memorial complex.

Mr. Olejniczak has served on several American Bar Association and Wisconsin State Bar Association committees and is frequently invited to lecture at Bar-sponsored continuing legal education courses.
