T. Wickham (Wick) Schmidt focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, class actions, toxic torts, shareholder litigation and construction disputes. He has experience with litigation under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII) and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). He has also represented clients in asset forfeiture proceedings.
Wick joined Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. in the fall of 2006 after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. William C. Griesbach of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Prior to his clerkship, Wick was an associate at Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Virginia, where he worked as a member of the Litigation, Intellectual Property and Antitrust group and earned the E. Randolph Williams Award for outstanding pro bono service.
