Kurt A. Goehre practices employment law and general litigation.  He advises a wide-range of clients on both business and personal matters.  A large portion of Mr. Goehre’s practice focuses on employment matters, including wage and hour litigation, contract disputes, employee benefits law, worker’s compensation, employment discrimination litigation, and various regulatory compliance issues.  Mr. Goehre also assists clients on matters pertaining to contract drafting, insurance defense, corporate governance, and shareholder litigation.

Mr. Goehre has represented clients in cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Circuit Courts, and Wisconsin administrative bodies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goehre worked as a law clerk at law firms in both Michigan and Wisconsin.  Mr. Goehre also worked as a judicial intern to Justice Annette K. Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
