Jodi Arndt focuses her practice on environmental and employment law issues. As part of her environmental law practice, Jodi advises business clients on a wide range of environmental and regulatory matters, including due diligence transactions, corporate
compliance, application for environmental permits, and remediation activities. Jodi has extensive speaking experience on environmental issues, and has defended claims under both state and federal environmental laws.
Jodi also counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation of discrimination and non-compete claims in federal and state courts.
Consistent with the firm's philosophy, Jodi prides herself on providing clients with proactive advice to minimize or prevent legal risk while at the same time achieving their business objectives.
