Herbert C. Liebmann, IV

Herbert (Bret) C. Liebmann, IV, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marquette University with a B.S. in Organization and Leadership. He received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School where he was on the Dean's List and earned the academic excellence award in Advanced Trial Practice. While attending law school, Mr.. Liebmann was a member of the Marquette Law School Pro Bono Society where he volunteered his time assisting indigent clients, Marquette Law School Moot Court Team, and the Marquette University Street Law Program, where he taught the legal system and coached a mock trial team at an inner city high school.

A native of Green Bay, Mr. Liebmann returned to the area to join the Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C.'s litigation team. His primary areas of practice are civil litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance defense, and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Liebmann interned at the State Public Defender's Office and with Legal Action of Wisconsin.

Mr. Liebmann is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Wisconsin and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Brown County Bar Association and the Robert J. Parins Inn of Court.

Besides the law, Mr. Liebmann's passion in life is sailing. Before attending Law school, Mr. Liebmann owned and operated Infinity Sails & Canvas, LLC, a local sail loft in Milwaukee, and was the head sailing coach of the University of Wisconsin Sailing Team.
