David H. Weber

David H. Weber is a shareholder in the firm's litigation department.  He specializes in complex litigation including commercial, intellectual property, shareholder dispute, dealership, insurance, products, or personal injury matters.  He also handles fraud and white collar criminal matters.

In the course of his career, David has been lead counsel in over 40 jury trials. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended aggravated actions in state and federal courts through settlement or summary judgment motion practice, resulting in the favorable termination of litigation prior to trial.

David is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.  He has also been selected as a Rising Star by Wisconsin Super Lawyers®, Law & Politics in 2007 and 2008. David is licensed to practice in all state courts and both the U.S. Eastern and Western District Courts of Wisconsin, as well as the Federal and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.  His professional memberships include the Wisconsin and Brown County Bar Associations, American Inns of Court, and Wisconsin Association for Justice.  He is also a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair, Fundraising Committee, for the Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund.  Locally, he is a board member and officer for the downtown Kiwanis club.

David earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Marquette University, where he also served on the Marquette Law Review and Moot Court. Prior to joining Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C., he was an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee for several years, and clerked for the Honorable Gregory A. Peterson of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals for one year.
