Colleen M. Kelly focuses her practice on creditors' rights in bankruptcy, banking and financial matters, business law and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C., Ms. Kelly served as the law clerk to the Honorable Susan V. Kelley of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.  While attending Law School, Ms. Kelly interned for Judge Randa, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and for Judge Bill Schuette of the Michigan Court of Appeals. Additionally, she was a summer law clerk for the Brown County Circuit Court.

Colleen was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
