Brick N. Murphy focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and real estate development and leasing. He also advises clients on business entity choice, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances and finance arrangements. Brick works extensively with financial institutions in various states on a variety of credit transactions and loan work-out matters. He has assisted businesses, private equity funds and lenders in the negotiation and documentation of merger and acquisition and financing transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $50 million throughout the United States.
Brick is a native of De Pere, Wisconsin and is a frequent lecturer and author of business and banking related topics.
