Herbert C. Liebmann III
Herbert C. Liebmann, III has practiced law in Green Bay since 1968. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Wisconsin. Mr. Liebmann received his J.D. degree from Harvard University Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to entering law school, he earned an undergraduate degree in English from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Liebmann concentrates primarily on estate planning and wealth preservation, on probate and trust administration, on business planning, organization, acquisition and sale, and on general business issues. He also does substantial real estate work, works with non-profit organizations, and with the resolution of personal injury claims and business disputes.

Mr. Liebmann has contributed time and talent to many public service agencies and efforts. He has been President of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, Inc., President of Bay Area Community Council, Inc. (a Community Visioning Group), President of the Green Bay Area Public School Board, and Chairman of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. He is presently on the Board of Directors of the Ecumenical Foundation, Inc., and is Treasurer and a Director of Cerebral Palsy, Inc. He recently completed terms on the Boards of the Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund, and of the Multicultural Center of Greater Green Bay. Over the years, he has also worked on a number of other civic boards and committees. Mr. Liebmann organized and served as the first Chairman of the General Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Several years ago he coordinated the publication of the first edition of the Wisconsin Attorney’s Desk Reference and more recently he served on a Stat Bar Committee that published a handbook on "Flexible Work Options for Lawyers" (www.wisbar.org/bar/flex).
