George Burnett has been an active trial lawyer for more than 30 years. His general litigation practice concentrates in commercial, personal injury, and employment litigation and in the defense of medical malpractice suits. He also handles litigation pertaining to real estate matters, intellectual property and insurance coverage disputes. He regularly practices in federal courts. George is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Litigation Counsel of America. As a past president of the State Bar of Wisconsin, he frequently speaks numerous advanced seminars in legal education.
George has served the community as a member of the Board of Directors of Cerebral Palsy of Green Bay, on the United Way Allocations Steering Committee, as a corporate member of the Curative Workshop, as President of the Home/School Association for Notre Dame School in De Pere, and as a member of the Parish Council for St. Mary's Catholic Community in De Pere.
